Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different shade, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.
Print & Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar small mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
